About

I was created by Alexandre Dumas.

Poor him; he has no idea he did.

But when he wrote The Count Of Monte Cristo, he inevitably and eventually created Elle Vampa as well.

Because I love that book! And my favourite character from it is Luigi Vampa, the bandit king.

Oh, NOW you get it!

Luigi Vampa ➡️ L. Vampa ➡️ Elle Vampa.

Hurray to that penny dropping! I kept that one hidden long enough 😉

Besides reading I also love to write, although I am not nearly as good as Alexandre was (nor is my French up to his par).

But I am too good to quit. At least… I think. And I can’t quit, really, because I’ve tried to but I always come back to write more.

Now, I am not a bandit queen, but if I were, here are some things I’d fight for:

  • All things in Swedish (love the language)
  • How To Train Your Dragon (“I wouldn’t kill him because he looked as frightened as I was”)
  • Green macarons (MINE by default allll miiiiiiine! 🟢🟢🤤)
  • Poppies (preferably everywhere)
  • Ireland (I get homesick sometimes, and I’m not even Irish… ☘️)

Things I could definitely live without include karaoke, broccoli, and (yes, you’re about to read that right) Christmas. And don’t even get me started on Valentine’s Day! Ugh.

My true love are giant pandas ❤️

(Well, and my boyfriend. But his arrival was delayed so pandas beat him to it.)

Lastly, my non-familial heroes are Oscar Wilde, Maya Angelou, and Bert Hellinger.

Go imagine: you’re Alexandre Dumas, and you’re credited for the creation of a blogger, only to discover you’re not even her favourite author!

(That, and I’m not exactly 100% sure his image came out right with AI…)

But that’s more than enough about me. The rest shall remain hidden behind my long blonde hair and witty words 👱‍♀️✒️
